About the Artist

I was born in Redding, California and grew up immersed in the beautiful outdoors, encouraging a passion for the natural world from a very young age.

I brought this passion with me as I moved to the Bay Area for college. At Stanford University I majored in Human Biology with a concentration in Ecology, Culture, and Human-Environment Interactions. Since then I've worked in environmental education, wandering between Montana, Tahoe, and the Pacific Northwest. My art is my love language to the world. It is a way for me to reminisce on a place I love, express a thought, or tell someone how I feel. With my art, I hope to share a little snapshot of the natural world that means so much to me.
When I'm not painting, you can find me mountain biking, skiing, hiking, and jamming out to live music.
